In November 2012 live webinars were held to train birthing facility providers outside of NYC on the use of the NYEHDI-IS. In addition, the webinar was recorded for those providers that were unable to attend the live event.
NYEHDI-IS Help Desk
The NYEHDI-IS Help Desk is available 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Help desk staff can assist you with access to the application, data entry problems, policy questions, best practice suggestions and data change requests. To reach the NYEHDI-IS Help Desk please call 518-473-7016 and ask for the NYEHDI (pronounced Ned-ie) or by email at email@example.com.
Current Training Opportunities
Current training is available via the recorded webinars and the NYEHDI-IS User Manual, which is available for download below. As other provider groups are brought on the system and as enhancements are made, new webinars will be held and recorded for providers to view.
Information on future webinars, resources and other important information about NYEHDI-IS, will be disseminated via the dedicated NYEHDI-IS electronic mailing list.
