Directory of ESAP Providers in New York State

Pharmacies that have been certified by the NYSDOH to sell or furnish new, sterile syringes through ESAP are listed by county and sorted in zip code order. The current ESAP Providers List has been recently updated but it is only includes pharmacies. As soon as the medical practitioner and Article 28 facilities ESAP Provider list is updated, it will be incorporated into the Directory. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Providers are encouraged to photocopy and share these listings with clients and customers to promote risk reduction and the safe disposal of residential sharps. Information about ESAP as well as guidelines for the safe disposal of household sharps can be found on the web page for Providers.
