A statewide network of HIV Clinical Education Centers providing progressive, up-to-date clinical information and practice guidelines for HIV providers.

Specific areas of expertise include:

  • Management of Post-Exposure Prophylaxis
  • Substance Use
  • Prevention of HIV Transmission
  • Mental Health
  • General HIV clinical education for Upstate providers

CEI offers services that include:

  • On-site trainings and workshops with CME credits (Visit the tech center at www.ceitraining.org)
  • Internet-based modules with CME credits
  • Conferences
  • Operating a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
    • Post-Exposure Prophylaxis Hotline (PEP-Line)
    • Provider Consultation Line (CEI-Line)
