|Minimum Qualifications||Seven (7) years professional experience in technical training initiatives which included at least five (5) years professional experience performing each of the following activities: The development and implementation of classroom and one-on-one training curriculums, e-Training approaches including WebEx, and other effective e-based training techniques; Developing training courses to address the needs of the target group; Planning, coordinating, and presenting training classes to a wide audience base; and Evaluation of training programs effectiveness.|
|Preferred Qualifications||Seven (7) years professional experience developing and administering training programs within a large organization.|
|Responsibilities||The incumbent of this position will report directly to the Project Director and will be responsible for leading the implementation of technical training initiatives including development and implementation of classroom and one-on-one training curriculums, e-Training approaches including WebEx, and other effective e-based training techniques. Duties include but are not limited to: Determines training needs based upon the roles of the target audience and their future performance requirements, and develops suitable curricula to address those needs; Designs course materials and other documents such as classroom handouts, manuals and exercises; Plans, coordinates, and presents training classes to a wide audience base; Evaluates training programs effectiveness and provides follow-up support and further training where necessary.|
