|Minimum Qualifications||At least seven (7) years professional experience in each of the following which included performing each of the following activities: Data warehouse/data mart environments including designing Logical and physical data structures; Business process modeling tools and techniques; SQL and data warehouse query development tools; Creating queries and ad hoc reports; Developing performance metrics that measure organizational activities and performance; Analyzing Regulatory Compliance impacts on IT systems; and overseeing the design, development and implementation of standard reporting.|
|Preferred Qualifications||Seven (7) years professional experience in Information Technology managing a team with responsibility for systems analysis and application development activities operating with a great deal of independence. Demonstrated ability to develop and understand complex oral and written instructions and to read and understand technical literature.|
|Responsibilities||The incumbent of this position will report directly to the Project Director and serve as the Manager of Business Intelligence. The incumbent will be responsible for the design and development of the physical structure of the Data Mart to accommodate information and performance needs of the Health Exchange (HX) organization. Duties include but are not limited to: Determines information and performance needs of the HX organization; Manages the logical and physical structure of the organizational databases based upon organizational needs; Develops standard reports to monitor the performance of the Health Exchange and to meet statutory obligations; Develops performance metrics that measure organizational activities and performance; Analyzes Regulatory Compliance impacts on IT systems; and Oversees the distribution/online access of standard reports.|
