Attachment II: Anticipated Intended Use Plan Schedule for the October 1, 2007 - September 30, 2008 Funding Period

October 1, 2007	Cut-off date for receipt of complete applications for winter pool financing.
December 3, 2007	Cut-off date for receipt of complete Hardship Applications by applicants seeking grants
December 3, 2007	Cut-off date for receipt of complete applications for non-hardship projects that have been on the Project Readiness List, above the Funding Line for two or more consecutive IUP periods
March 2008	Winter pool closing.
March 3, 2008	Cut-off date for receipt of complete applications for summer pool financing and Guarantee pool financing.
March 3, 2008	Cut-off date for receipt of complete applications for Long-term, Non-Hardship Direct Financing.
March 3, 2008	Cut-off date for receipt of complete applications for Short-term Financing.
July 2008	Summer pool closing.
September 2008	Guarantee pool closing.
September 30, 2008	End of Financing period.
To be determined	Principal Payment Dates for Winter and Summer Pool Financing Projects. (Note: Principal and Interest payments will be required in 2008 on new leveraged financings, and recipients should contact EFC to discuss payment schedules and redemption dates on BANs to be refinanced with the DWSRF.)
