1999 Annual Report on Public Water Supply Violations
Appendix A: Violations Table (with State Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS) Codes)
Definitions for Violation Table
| STATE | New York |
|---|---|
| REPORTING INTERVAL |
1/1/99 - 12/31/99 |
NOTE: The data presented in this report is not a complete compilation of all violations in 1999 since the Department's old Safewater database, which was not Y2K compliant, was discontinued in June 1999. The new replacement database Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS) is currently on line and the majority of the violations reported in 1999 have been transferred to SDWIS. Any remaining violations to be transferred will be reported with the 2000 annual report. An empty block signifies that no violations were reported in SDWIS.
