Notice regarding Hurricane Sandy

Due to the effects that Hurricane Sandy has had on the East Coast, we are extending the due dates for the October 2012 Health Facility Cash Assessment (HFCAP) and Hospital Quality Contribution (HQC) reports as follows:

Assessments for penalty and interest will not be issued for October 2012 HFCAP and HQC reports and payments that are received by November 20, 2012.
