Certificate of Need Applications Approved
CON applications received and approved after November 2010 may be accessed through the New York State Electronic Certificate of Need (NYSE-CON) system. NYSE-CON is a web-based, electronic CON application system that allows applicants and the general public the ability to view information about CON applications. NYSE-CON provides the ability to search for application information using specific criteria. To search for an approved project within a timeframe, use the following instructions after accessing the link below. (Please note: you will need to select the "Advanced Project Search" link on the Search CON Applications page)
In the Review Status 1 Field Box, select "Approved" and/or "Contingent Approved" and enter a "From" Date and "To" Date and select "Search". You may further refine your search by selecting a project status, submission or facility type, county or region.
