2011 Institutional Cost Report Audit Fee Schedule
Notes:
- The regulations related to the audit of the annual Institutional Cost Report can be found in 10NYCRR 86-1.4 and available on the Department of Health's website at the following URL: www.health.ny.gov/regulations/nycrr/title_10/
- The below fee includes the submission of up to 2 versions of the 2011 Institutional Cost Report to the Department of Health's Bureau of Primary and Acute Care Reimbursement.
- Additional submissions over 2 will each require an additional fee of 50% of the original fee assessed for each additional submission.
