Funding Announcement for Nutrition Health Education and Food and Meal Services for Persons Living with HIV/AIDS

Ten organizations will receive State and federal funding totaling $2.3 million dollars. These grants will support nutrition health education and food and meal services for New York State residents living with HIV/AIDS.
These awards will enhance nutritional services for persons living with HIV and AIDS by providing resources for food and education that increase food security and promote self-management skills needed to achieve optimal health outcomes.
All grants were awarded on a competitive basis following review and evaluation of applications submitted in response to a Request for Applications.
