Single Source Procurement: Provide Pharmaceuticals to the Onondaga American Indian Nation
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.
The New York State Department of Health has made a determination to issue a Single Source contract to Eckerd Corporation, C020097, to increase the value of the contract that provides pharmaceuticals to the Onondaga American Indian Nation. A competitive procurement was not feasible for this endeavor since this is the entity selected by the Nation to perform the services.
