Single Source Procurement: Media Campaign on Prevention of and Vaccination for the H1N1 Influenza
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.
The New York State Department of Health has made a determination to issue a Single Source Procurement to Ground Zero Advertising, Inc., contract C025985, to develop a media campaign on prevention of and vaccination for the H1N1 Influenza.
A competitive procurement was not feasible due to the short timeframe to complete the work. The contractor was chosen based on its award of a recent competitive procurement for similar services for another Department program.
