The Managed Care Organization Directory includes all Health Maintenance Organizations, Prepaid Health Services Plans, Special Needs Plans, and Primary Care Partial Capitation Providers certified by the NYS Department of Health. Included are plan contact information and payment programs the plan participates in by county. This list does not represent all health care insurance options that may be available. Additional NYS health insurers may be found at the State Insurance Department.
