State Health Commissioner Daines Donates Blood Thursday in Albany to Raise Awareness About Low Blood Supplies and Need for Blood Donors

ALBANY, N.Y. (Jan 2, 2008) – New York State Health Commissioner Richard F. Daines, M.D., will donate blood and be available to meet with the press on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. with John Burch, M.D., chief medical officer of the American Red Cross Blood Services, New York Penn Region in recognition of January as National Volunteer Donor Month.
