Technical Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements to access NYSIIS:
Hardware
- Pentium 500 MHz computer
- 64 MB RAM minimum
- 500 MB free disk space
- Display set at resolution of 800x600, 256 colors
Software
- Internet Browsers
- Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 7.0 or higher
- Netscape version 7.x is compatible for use with NYSIIS
- Windows XP and all subsequent versions
- Adobe Readers 6.0 or higher
Internet Access
- For networked computers, TCP/IP Port 543 of the network firewall must be open for outgoing HTTPS (secure HTTP) connections to access the NYSIIS production application.
