The 2007 Annual Social and Economic Supplement (ASEC) estimates of uninsured children under 19 were allocated to NYC or rest-of-state counties based on each county's share of the NYC or rest-of-state uninsured children under 18 in the Census Bureau's small-area health insurance estimates (SAHIE) model for 2005.
