Tobacco Use Oswego Hospital    
  1. The Onondaga County Department of Health staff will be trained as cessation counselors.
  2. Enforce the Adolescent and Tobacco Use Prevention Act and the Clean Indoor Act.
  3. The Oswego County Health Department will pursue additional funding for programs that provide education and support to residents who smoke and those who are fighting obesity.
