Physical Activity and Nutrition Cayuga Medical Center    
  1. Identify up to three worksites to be assessed for their interest and capacity to establish worksite wellness policies.
  2. Promote use of Cayuga Waterfront Trail and other local trails.
  3. Promote local farmers' markets and community/neighborhood gardens.
  4. Identify and work with one or two local communities or neighborhoods to promote environmental and/or organizational and policy changes.
  5. Promote policy change using provider in-services and make presentations on diabetes and cardiovascular risk reduction.
