Kim Castricone, Administrative Assistant, Orleans County Department of Health

Administrative assistant Kim Castricone has been working for the Orleans County Health Department since 1994. Kim is a lifelong Orleans County resident and began her career with the department as an account clerk typist before being promoted to administrative assistant in 2006.

In her current role, Kim is responsible for the departmental finances including article six funding, departmental grants, and the departmental budget. In addition to finances, Kim is the department's corporate compliance officer and oversees the department's six support staff. Although not out in the public, Kim's role in this department touches all the department's divisions and is essential to the efficient operation of the Health Department. Kim is honest and direct, has compassion and is a pleasure to work with.  She has been willing to participate in different events over the years and has been a real asset not just to our department but the entire community.
