David Rolls

David Rolls has been a Public Health Sanitarian with the Tioga County Health Department for 23 years. He has strived to educate, prevent and protect the community in numerous areas of public health. David handles inspections, nuisance calls, children's camps and operates the rabies program. He coordinates and attends all rabies vaccination clinics and led the Department's efforts following the infamous "rabid goat" incident at the 1996 county fair where over 400 individuals were exposed. David is well versed in the NYS Sanitary Code and is professional and fair when enforcing the code.

David has covered the duties of Supervisor of Environmental Health whenever needed. He volunteers at flu clinics and is always on call.
