Laurie Williams and Nichole Louis lead two of the Clinton County Department of Health's programs that provide prevention services to the community. Laurie Williams started in 1986 as a Public Health Educator and now, as Coordinator of Community Health Education, oversees community based programs including community and school tobacco prevention, injury prevention, cancer screening services, and school based policy changes in nutrition and physical activity. She also is the Department's Public Information Officer handling risk communication with skill and professionalism.

Nichole Louis started in 1997 as a Home Care Public Health Nurse and now she shares her leadership skills and mentors others as a Supervising Public Health Nurse. She is known as the "Computer Nurse" because she combines information technology skills with nursing, transcending these disciplines to improve patient care. Nichole is active in local Emergency Medical Services not only as a responder but as an instructor helping to maintain this important service in the community.
