Laurie Woodward and Ann Jenner work in the Jefferson County Public Health Services (JCPHS) Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) and have demonstrated a commitment to improving the public health of the community. Laurie and Ann are both highly professional in their interactions with patients, health care personnel and community partners.
Laurie joined the JCPHS in January 2006. She considers the patients as her first priority and ensures that needed services are provided. She collaborates with community partners and maximizes all available resources to assist her patients. If there is a barrier for the patient in obtaining needed services, she will pursue other avenues to obtain the needed support until it is achieved.
Ann joined the JCPHS CHHA in September 2010. Ann has a large knowledge-base regarding COPD and has taken the lead in being a resource for other home health care professionals within the agency. Ann participates on a COPD rehospitalization committee at Samaritan Medical Center.
Laurie and Ann have excellent working relationships with all who interact with the JCPHS CHHA and both are vital team players within the department.
