Ms. Natalie Roy began her career as a Public Health Sanitarian in 1981. Ms. Roy is extremely dedicated and committed to environmental safety and health. She enforces codes and regulations to protect the community's health, and effectively educates herself and her employees to implement new standards and regulations without decreasing the quality of service in other programs. Ms. Roy has taken part in Bioterrorism Preparedness planning and led the department's activities during an EEE threat in 1991. Ms. Roy exhibits great strength in dealing with difficult issues and continues to demonstrate her desire to serve and protect the citizens of Oswego County.
