The New York State Department of Health (DOH) and KPMG LLP (KPMG) will be hosting a Health Care Reform Act (HCRA) facilitated session on October 22, 2010. The session will cover recent changes implemented to improve HCRA processes as well as the top issues/concerns that warrant continuing attention. The interactive session is scheduled to run from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Please join us for this facilitated session which will be led by Anthony Naglieri and KPMG Partner Anthony Monaco. As part of this session, participants will be given opportunities to ask questions and discuss the statute itself and the conduct of the reviews including:

  • Discussions around progress against current issues
  • Discussions of new issues and associated action plans to resolve issues

Please note that space at KPMG is limited to approximately 200 people and will be based on first come, first served respondents.
