Reportable Disease Case Rates (Bureau of Communicable Disease Control)

The bureau maintains surveillance of all reportable communicable diseases and conditions. Laboratories, hospitals and physicians are required to report cases ofthese diseases to their local health department. Rates are computed and presented per 100,000 population.
