Conversion Notes:
Type of Alternate Care information will be reported using UB-92 Occurrence Span Codes on UDS Version 5 submissions, which are stored as Non-Acute Care Type codes (Data Element 115). The Date of Alternate Care Required was moved to the Non-Acute Care From Date field and the Non-Acute Care Through Date field was left blank in the conversion algorithm.
