-remaining 5% of previous calendar year's discharges
July -95% of May current year's discharges
August -95% of June current year's discharges
September -95% of July current year's discharges
October -95% of August current year's discharges
November -95% of September current year's discharges
December -95% of October current year's discharges

Example: June 5, 2012 is the 1st Tuesday of the month. The system starts the monthly update process the 1st Wednesday of the month. You must submit your data by COB Tuesday to be included in the monthly update cycle.
