The Rural Health Council will meet on Tuesday, June 18 at 10:00 a.m.. at Empire State Plaza, Concourse Level, Meeting Room 5, in Albany.
The Council will convene at 10:00 a.m.

The Public Health and Health Planning Council will hold the following meetings on Thursday, June 20th at the New York State Department of Health Offices at 90 Church Street, 4th Floor, Rooms 4A and 4B, NYC.
The Public Health and Health Planning Council's Committee on Codes, Regulations and Legislation will convene at 9:30 a.m.
*The Public Health and Health Planning Council will convene a Special Establishment and Project Review Committee meeting immediately following the Committee on Codes, Regulations and Legislation meeting
The Public Health and Health Planning Council will hold its Full Council Meeting immediately following the *Special Establishment and Project Review Committee meeting.

For the convenience of the public, to expedite access through building security, it is suggested that anyone wishing to attend at the 90 Church Street locationsend an e-mail to PHHPC@health.ny.gov to have their name placed on a list of attendees. For entry to the building, meeting attendees additionally must present a photo ID to the security personnel. You may contact Ms. Leonard for additional information.

The Medicaid Managed Care Advisory Review Panel (MMCARP) will meet via conference call originating from the offices of the NYS Department of Health in Albany. The call will take place from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
This advisory panel was created by Chapter 649 of the Laws of 1996 to monitor enrollment of Medicaid recipients in managed care plans and ensure access to care in these health care delivery systems.
Members of the public interested in participating will be able to do so by pre-arrangement. Please contact the Bureau of Program Implementation and Enrollment at (518) 473-1134 for more information.
