The New York State Trauma Advisory Committee (STAC) will meet in person (no virtual option although it will be webcast) on May 29 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in the Ballrooms at the Troy Hilton Garden Inn, 235 Hoosick St, Troy.
Authorized under Section 3064 of the Public Health Law, the STAC consists of trauma surgeons, trauma nurses, emergency physicians, emergency nurses, and other emergency medical and trauma care professionals appointed by the Commissioner to advise and assist the department and the Commissioner in the coordination of trauma and disaster care, quality improvement guidelines for trauma and disaster care, trauma systems, and trauma center designations.

The Public Health and Health Planning Council's Public Health Committee will convene on Wednesday, June 5th from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the New York State Department of Health Offices at 90 Church Street, 4th Floor, Conference Rooms 4A and 4B, NYC.

For the convenience of the public, to expedite access through building security, it is suggested that anyone wishing to attend at 90 Church Street send an e-mail to PHHPC@health.ny.gov to have their name placed on a list of attendees. For entry to the building, meeting attendees additionally must present a photo ID to the security personnel. You may contact Ms. Leonard for additional information.

No written correspondence shall be distributed to the Council members the day of the meeting. All correspondence addressed to Council members shall be sent to the Council's Executive Secretary at PHHPC@health.ny.gov no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting in which the matter of the correspondence appears on the meeting agenda. Applicants shall have no later than
48 hours prior to the meeting to respond to correspondence pertaining to their application in which the matter of the correspondence appears on the meeting agenda.

Committee On Establishment and Project Review
Responsible for reviewing the CON applications involving construction, service changes, establishment, and transfers of ownership. Reviews the establishment of fundraisers, corporate name changes, and changes in certificates of incorporation.

The Early Intervention Coordinating Council will be convened for its next quarterly meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 10:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Meeting Rooms 3 and 4 of the Empire State Plaza Convention Center, Albany. This meeting is open for public attendance.
