Planning Today for Tomorrow Statewide Symposium - New York State Long Term Care Restructuring

The New York State Department of Health is pleased to announce the Planning Today for Tomorrow Statewide Symposium on long term care. Please join us at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany, New York on Thursday, June 21, 2007. Planning Today for Tomorrow participants will be updated on current New York State restructuring activities, examine the special needs of those requiring long term care, review the best practices and innovations of New York State counties and other states, and plan for future activities.
