The Department of Health (DOH) is pleased to announce that we will be holding meetings by region to discuss service delivery, capacity building, community needs, and waiver enhancements for future Children's Waiver amendments. DOH is seeking to hold these meetings between November 2022 through February 2023 and is looking for volunteers in each region to host the gatherings (see attached counties in a region).
It is DOH's preference to hold these meetings in-person with a virtual option as back-up or in the event there is no host identified for a particular region. If you are interested in hosting the in-person component of these meetings, please send a note to BH.Transition@health.ny.gov by Friday November 4, 2022.
