Cultural Competency and Health Literacy Strategies

Effective DSRIP projects rely on delivery systems capable of providing services to individuals in a culturally appropriate manner and ensuring that issues pertaining to a person´s health literacy are taken into account across the entire continuum of engagement. As a result, all PPS developed and adopted Cultural Competency and Health Literacy (CC/HL) strategies to serve as a guide throughout their efforts to implement DSRIP projects.
