The Hospital section provides the information hospitals need to participate in the NY Medicaid EHR Incentive Program as a Medicaid–Eligible or Dually–Eligible hospital (EH).

Important Dates

EH Payment History

Incentive payment amounts are unique to each eligible hospital (EH) and will vary based on hospital criteria, including discharge volume and Medicaid bed days. NY Medicaid has decided to release EH incentive payment disbursements over a period of three years.

For Medicaid–Only Hospitals, participation years need not be sequential – participants may skip years without penalty, although the last year to receive incentive payments is 2021.
