This guidance provides notification regarding the implementation date for the New York Independent Assessor Program (NYIAP) to begin conducting assessments for individuals seeking PCS and/or CDPAS on an expedited basis. This action has been delayed from July 1, 2022, the new implementation date for NYIAP to start conducting for individuals seeking PCS and/or CDPAS on an expedited basis is October 1, 2022.

All other information contained in the April 28, 2022 guidance, posted here, remains in effect.

Until October 1, 2022, the plan remains responsible for conducting assessments for individuals seeking PCS and/or CDPAS on an expedited basis per processes already in place.
