Mental Health/Substance Abuse       The hospital-based Article 28 and local primary doctors will have a Licensed Master Social Worker in their office to work with patients when needed.

  3. Tioga County Health Department will partner with Rural Economic Area Partnership (REAP) to work with towns and villages to identify health needs and health promotion activities.
