As the Early Intervention Official, Angela Stuart-Palmer leads the Montgomery County Public Health Department Early Intervention Program Team, which consists of program and fiscal staff who work to serve Montgomery County families and their children who have disabilities and/or developmental delays. The EI Team connects families with available community resources and programs, facilitates their capacity to meet their children's special needs, provides support and guidance to enhance the development of children with disabilities and/or developmental delays, identifies, secures and oversees various service providers and works diligently with numerous insurance plans and Medicaid.

The Montgomery County EI Team is dedicated to serving the families and children of Montgomery County with respect, dignity, compassion and professionalism.
