Jacqueline Andula, RN, MPH, Medical Care Administrator

Jackie Andula is an outstanding Professional Nurse. She received a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Buffalo in 2003. As Medical Care Administrator, she provides leadership, inspiration and coordination of services, for the Public Health Divisions Clinical Programs.

Jackie also gets directly involved with the patients when necessary. She provides health education about TB and participating in large contact investigations. Jackie is also directly involved with the management of active TB cases to ensure the patient receives care and that the public’s health is maintained.

She is an active member of the SMART team who willingly responds to Public Health Emergencies locally and statewide. Jackie’s worked on the recovery of the remains in the crash of Flight 3407. She also provided care and assistance to the flood victims in the Broome County and Long Island residents displaced by Hurricane Sandy.

Jackie is the face of Public Health.
