Cindy LaLonde RN, is an Initial Service Coordinator (ISC) / EIOD in the Early Intervention Program of the Children with Special Care Needs (CSCN) Division at the Tompkins County Health Department. It seems that the role of the ISC was made for Cindy. Cindy has an incredible work ethic with organizational skills to match. Her conscientious approach to work enables her to meet all regulatory benchmarks routinely. Cindy’s natural caring ways are the perfect complement to her strong clinical skills.
