Preschool and Early Intervention (EI) Fiscal 22 years of service

Cathy has been working in the 3-5 Preschool and Early Intervention (EI) Programs since their inception. Cathy has developed great working relationships with the school districts and the New York State Education Department (NYSED) over her career. The department consistently receives compliments on her ability to assist with questions and provide directions, which allows people to form the proper connections that allow children of the county get their proposed services in a timely fashion. Cathy is also very diligent in making sure the EI case manager(s) have the correct and necessary paperwork on hand at all times. She has a clear understanding of both programs' many regulations, which is reflected in her attention to detail in the billing and reimbursement processes. Cathy is retiring at the end of 2016 and we thank her for the many years of dedicated service to our department and the residents of Orleans County.
