Throughout her career, Michelle A. Donovan, Supervising Public Health Sanitarian, has demonstrated a marvelous work ethic and continues to be steadfast in her commitment toward improving public health. Michelle serves as the lead supervisor for many Department programs including Children’s Camps, Swimming Pools/Bathing Beaches, Temporary Residences/Campgrounds, Tattoo/Body Piercing, Bed & Breakfast, Rooming Houses, and Frozen Desserts. She also manages our Adolescent Tobacco Use Prevention Act Program. Michelle has emphasized inspector training and accountability to elevate the competence and thoroughness of our staff resulting in permitted facilities operating at a higher caliber to the benefit of the Niagara County population. Michelle is always willing to help and support her coworkers with the many challenges we face day to day. Her professionalism, skill set, and experience make Michelle Donovan an invaluable asset to Niagara County.
