Lisa has been an employee of Chemung County's Certified Home Health Agency for 17 years and has served as the director since 2016. She has worked through many challenges in this agency during her tenure. Currently, she is overseeing an ongoing restructuring of the agency's billing department in the midst of numerous staff changes. During this time, her experience and leadership skills have resulted in the agency earning five stars for both quality of patient care and patient satisfaction by CMS (federal agency Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services). This is a remarkable accomplishment, made even more impressive in light of the staffing challenges the agency faces.
