Nicole Anjeski, MS, MPH is the Team Leader and cornerstone to Cortland County Health Department's (CCHD) Accreditation efforts. She coordinated with and provided leadership to all health divisions on this daunting task. More than this, Nicole embodies the core principles that make up the essence and significant underlying value of Accreditation. As the leader of the Healthy Neighborhood team, Nicole worked tirelessly to reduce health disparities by providing outreach to those county citizens with the greatest need. She has been an active and contributing member to both the Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan team efforts. She has provided expertise to improve communication efforts on vital environmental programs such as Radon, Lead in Housing and other programmatic disciplines by engaging in partnerships and outreach efforts to provide a platform which consistently engages the community with the vital core services of all the public and environmental health divisions.
