The Early Intervention Services Team serves 5000 children annually. This dedicated team ensures quality intervention services for our most vulnerable population. Carol Abenanti leads our Early Intervention Program (EIP). Carol has been dedicated to serving public health for over 30 years. Carol is a caring professional with unsurpassed integrity who acts as a mentor to her staff and early intervention providers. The success of the EIP is a direct result of Carol's hard work and dedication. All EIS staff work together as a cohesive team committed to helping Orange County families promote the development of their children. They come in early, work late, and go above and beyond every day to meet the needs of the families in Orange County. Notably, Jamie Shock manages over 150 contracts needed to support the Preschool Special Education Program. He is friendly, helpful, highly skilled and professional.
