  • 5 Years of Service

COVID-19 mass vaccination is a monumental undertaking. As Public Health Resource and Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Support Officer, Francisco Meza Aguero serves as a liaison for preparedness planning and response. He is responsible for coordination of 336 volunteers registered with Niagara County Department of Health Medical Reserve Corps. He provides logistical support for exercises and mass clinics. Francisco is dedicated to the health of the community and has conducted nearly 700 vaccination operations since January 2021. Francisco serves with integrity and a desire to serve others—residents and co-workers alike. Anyone who has had the opportunity to work with Francisco knows he often ends communication with, “If you need anything, let me know.” Francisco supports the continued improvement of public health, gets the job done, makes other’s jobs easier in the process, and leaves you feeling that all is and will be okay in Public Health.
