Vegetable burger student survey and taste testing results

New menu items "Vegetable burger" and "Mexican pasta" were liked by more than 66 percent of the students, and not liked by 34 pecent of the students who responded to this survey. In all, 150 students completed the survey and 94 checked off their preferences. These items were added to the school menu. The sales of these and other vegetarian items need to be tracked regulary to understand the true impact of the marketing changes tested on sales of these items in the cafeteria.
