The New Public Health Agenda, April 1998 (pdf file size 685 KB, 67 pages): The Public Health Agenda Report documents a process undertaken by New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and New York State Association of County Health Officials (NYSACHO) to streamline state and local assistance to county health departments. The report recommends changes in the community health assessment municipal public health planning, fiscal and evaluation process associated with Article 6.
