Overview
Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) plans provide health and long-term care services to keep eligible individuals healthy and living in the community. There are three types of MLTC plans: Partial Capitation, Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP). Each plan covers the same base set of services, with certain plans covering additional services. To be eligible for any plan, you must meet certain age, health-status, and living arrangement requirements
These MLTC Performance Tables present information about each plan’s enrollee attributes, quality of care, and enrollee satisfaction. Table 3: Health Plan Profiles will be available only in the Report PDF. Due to a moratorium on reassessments in place during 2020 and 2021, measures in Tables 9 – 11 could not be calculated for the January – December 2022 evaluation period. We anticipate these measures returning for measurement year 2023. Results for additional evaluation periods are available at the Related Websites Health Data NY link listed below.
