Colorectal Cancer Resources
New York State is part of the National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable's initiative to get 80% of the adult population screened for colorectal cancer. Resources and tools to educate patients, inspire professionals and develop effective systems are needed to achieve this goal. The resources listed here are not exhaustive. National Resources

- New York State Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan – developed by the New York State Cancer Consortium to reduce the burden of cancer in NYS.
- New York State Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan Dashboard – an interactive tool used to track progress made on the NYS Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan goals.
- New York State Department of Health Cancer Services Program – information about free breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screening for eligible New York residents.
- New York State Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program (MCTP)- information about a Medicaid program for eligible persons who are found to be in need of treatment for breast, cervical, colorectal or prostate cancer (and in some cases, pre-cancerous conditions of these cancers).
