Hepatitis C Care and Treatment Programs Supported by the NYS Department of Health

The New York State Department of Health provides funding to 13 primary care sites across NYS to provide Hepatitis C (HCV) care and treatment. In addition to primary care, these providers offer HCV related services including HCV treatment, education, care coordination, and support connecting with community resources.
